Even if you have seen it before, it is worth another visit, as the Christmas atmosphere here is truly captivating. This year a monumental decorated tree will provide a classic Xmas atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
This famous Christmas market in the heart of Budapest attracts millions of visitors every year.
Váci Street is always decorated for the season with a magnificent display of lights and Xmas features, which naturally adds extra colour to the activities on the square where artisan gift stalls and rather pricy food stands offer festive treats.
Expect crowds around the square along with endless amount of mulled wine until the very end of 2023, as festivities begin on November 17 and last until December 31.
