RIP: Another Sad Suicide at Mammut Mall in Budapest
A 36-year-old man fell to his death from one of the upper floors of the Mammut shopping mall on Sunday. Budapest Police ruled out foul play and are investigating the incident.

The mayor of the Second District initiated consultations with the operators of the shopping mall in early October to make the mall safer as seven people have committed suicide there in the past 13 years.

It was announced earlier that Mammut had made efforts to prevent further suicides. In the mid-October a help point opened at the mall, offering free mental health and victim consultancy every Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A man jumped from the top of the building at the end of July and died on the premises.
