Over 50 Dead Of Exposure This Year In Hungary

"A total of 55 people have died of exposure in Hungary since January 1, police said last week. In the past four days four people have died in fatal accidents, 24 others sustained severe injuries and 77 light injuries because of snow and the cold snap in Hungary.
Ambulance service spokesman Pal Gyorfi told reporters that in one day ambulances took 50 people to hospital with symptoms of frostbite and exposure.
Police meanwhile managed to save the lives of 657 people by taking them to heated accommodation or their homes."
