Homeless Return To Underpasses In Budapest

Homeless people and illegal street vendors have moved back into 20 out of 31 underpasses monitored by closed-circuit cameras in Budapest, city council’s anti-crime committee was informed on Tuesday.
The Constitutional Court last week struck down the law which had criminalised residing in public areas.
