CEU Business School & Chongqing Technology & Business University Sign MOU

In July CEU Business School and Chongqing Technology and Business University (CTBU) signed a memorandum of understanding. The MOU offers a framework for further cooperation for undertaking a range of possible collaborative projects, including executive education programs, student and faculty exchanges, executive MBA and full-time MBA programs and generally helping build world-class management education in southwestern China.
Mel Horwitch, dean of CEU Business School, stated, “We are excited to be working with CTBU and believe that this MOU provides an excellent foundation for developing a series of educational and research initiatives involving both of our institutions.”
The MOU was signed at a conference on local leadership for China and Central and Eastern European Countries that took place in Chongqing. Representatives from 16 Central and Eastern European countries and 70 Chinese provinces and cities witnessed the signing.
Dean Horwitch also thanked Hungarian governmental officials for their invaluable assistance over the past year and a half. “Our incredibly close collaboration with the Hungarian government was essential for making this happen,” he commented.
