Hungarian Gov Launches Info Campaign On Financial Savings
The government is starting a public information campaign on the reduction of financial overheads, including the option of two free cash withdrawals a month, the government’s spokesman told MTI.

Speaking before a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, András Giró-Szász said that the campaign would be launched “in the interest of properly informing people”, and further details would be available later on.

On Nov. 11, parliament decided that from February next year all banks must allow clients to withdraw a cash sum of up to 150,000 forints (EUR 500) from ATMs free of charge on at least two occasions.
