'Transylvanian Days', Central Market Hall, 9-11 October

Transylvanian producers will make the Central Market Hall of Budapest colourful and special for three days between 9-11 October, 2018. This event gives you an opportunity to try delicious transilvanian foods, to get to know the beautiful handmade products and meet the producers personally.
You can taste the tradicional potato bread which can be sliced easily and it stays fresh for several days.
There will be the well-known stuffed cabbage and vinegar with tarragon for the perfect potato soup, too.
In addition, you can buy special kind of tinctures and honeys from the transilvanian mountains to strengthen immune system and prevent snuffle.
Last but not least, do not forget to try the blueberry and sourcherry liqueur.
