Banks In Hungary Announce Service Interruptions Today
Erste Bank and Budapest Bank announced separately that some of their online services may be temporarily unavailable today for technical reasons.

Erste said services and websites may be unavailable due to technical problems that the bank is working to fix.

Budapest Bank’s online and mobile services are not available between 10 p.m. Wednesday and midnight Thursday, due to scheduled maintenance.

SMS messages regarding transactions during this period will be sent after the maintenance is complete, the bank said.

Meanwhile, CIB bank’s online and mobile services will be suspended between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. Friday, due to maintenance works.

UniCredit Bank announced limits on its mobile services between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Thursday.
