'Bull's Blood' Wine Festival, Eger, 11 – 14 July
The Festival , now in its third decade, is a chance to experience good food and fine wine in a beautiful setting: the food is prepared by the town's best chefs, and the wines by her finest winemakers.

A great way to relax, especially for those wanting to escape the hustle on Budapest.

There will be performances from popular Hungarian bands on the main stage while the bandstand, the 'Egri Csillag Stage' (named after the white wine) will host
local DJs and their guests. In addition to all the above, you can enjoy exhibitions exploring other aspects of Eger's cultural life.

Bull's Blood is a deep ruby colour, with a mouth-watering bouquet and a subtle, spicy, fruit driven flavour. It is a terroir wine, which carries the flavour of the soils of local production sites, the mezzo-climate unique to the region and the traditions and mores of local residents, from the selection of varieties to choosing the period and method of grape processing and mellowing.
