Wizz Air Hungary Pays HUF 250 Million In Compensation
Wizz Air has started to pay compensation to passengers who used its Wizz Flex services, Index has learned.

The competition authority GVH has recently approved the low-cost airline’s offer of compensation to passengers who were insufficiently informed about the limitations of the actual flexibility of the service they have purchased since 2010.

Wizz Air will pay a total of Ft 250 million to Wizz Air accounts held by the affected customers.

If passengers would like to have the compensation in cash, they must apply for it individually, Index underlines, adding that this option is open for five years.
