Budapest Photo Festival On Until 20 April

The Budapest Photo Festival is an annual city-wide exhibition series representing the contemporary and classical values of photography in the Hungarian and international art scene. The aim of the festival is to make Budapest a City of Photography.

Emphasis is placed on the presentation of the international contemporary scene, by the program of the International Cultural Institutes, beside the exhibitions of the biggest galleries, museums and art schools of the Hungarian Capital.
The Festival involves many public programs also: lectures, workshops, photomarathon, museum educational events, portfolio review and photobook show, what will place at the Festival Center Budapest Project Gallery.
In 2019 the Budapest Photo Festival opens with a real gem on the 28th of February in Műcsarnok, Budapest: with the living legend of American independent movie making, the great director, screenwriter, painter and musician, the one and only David Lynch.
