'No-Line' Exhibition, Pince Gallery Budapest
Shown until 26 February. Art gallery PINCE, located at Hajnóczy József utca 5 in Budapest, is presenting Emese Kádár’s exhibition entitled “No-line” from 12 February at 6 p.m., the Facebook site of the gallery reported.

The works are handwoven draperies, inspired by digital art. Kádár thus creates a link between the pixel-based digital world and the much older world of textile art. Holes in her textiles represents glitches appearing in the digital stream, the distortions of the JPG format.

The goal of the PINCE gallery is to organize and develop a community space where communication is open and where talk about contemporary art can be easily organized. In the upcoming period, it says it intends to offer exhibition opportunities not only for young emerging artists, but for students as well.

Venue:
Pince Gallery
