It is a light, cherry red colour wine, both the special scent and flavour of which bear the richness of the aroma and flavour originated from its ageing. It tastes like ripe cherry and other summer fruits of red colour, together with some vanilla, which are all characteristic of the grapes themselves. Combined, they give the wine a delicate feature.

I think we can safely say that the winter has gone and being replaced by the eating and drinking season! The winter blues have been blown away with sharp, dashing rays of sunshine.
