More than one hundred media outlets joined on Thursday evening the action protesting against the planned ad tax. Hungary Ad Market Worth HUF 175bn In 2013

Hungary’s advertising market grew just 0.6% to 175.4 billion forints (EUR 560m) last year, data from the Hungarian Advertising Association show. The fastest-growing market was radio, where spending on ads climbed 29% to more than 8.8 billion forints, the association’s deputy chief, Péter Hivatal, said.
