Budapest’s annual Jewish Cultural Festival will begin on Sunday and run for a week with concerts, theatre performances and film screenings. The biggest concerts will be held at the Great synagogue on Dohány utca, while theatre productions, concerts and film screenings will take place at the Goldmark Hall and the Rumbach utca synagogue.

The organisers said that the 18th Jewish Cultural Festival will present klezmer, classical music, folk, jazz, rock and blues concerts as well as independent theatre performances.
