ACE Telecom Acquires Hotspot Company
Hungary’s ACE Telecom said it had acquired the Wi-Fi hotspots of peer Wiera. ACE Telecom did not disclose the price of the transaction which is set to double the number of its free hotspots. In the capital, there are Wiera hotspots in ten hotels, in Burger King restaurants and in several cafes.

The hotspots can also be found in other big cities around the country.

ACE Telecom targets revenue of 870 million forints this year, up from 785 million forints last year. Next year, it sees turnover reaching 1 billion forints.

The company plans capital expenditures of 200 million forints this year, in addition to the price of the Wiera acquisition.
