BEM Center Office Building Opens at Buda Riverside Square - First Tenants Revealed

The BEM Center office building on Bem tér has officially opened, owner and developer Market Asset Management announced.
Most of the energy for the building on the Buda riverside square is provided by solar cells and heat pumps, the investor said.
Market Asset Management itself will move into the building, as well as Progress Etteremhalozat, operator of the McDonald's chain in Hungary.
Property consultant Colliers Hungary will rent 800m2 of the 22,000m2 complex opposite the Foreign Ministry in October, and will also manage the office building.
