Law firm Ronai & Ronai filed a $400 million compensation lawsuit in New York on Monday on behalf of the family of Sándor Fehér against the owners and operators of the luxury liner Costa Concordia. Fehér, a violinist employed on the ship, died when the ship ran aground and capsized off the coast of Tuscany on January 13.

Fehér was one of 17 people who died when the Italian luxury liner Costa Concordia struck a rock off the Italian island of Giglio on January 13. The other 11 Hungarians on board survived.
